Sportsa.co.za Return Policy?
Sportsa.co.za has a detailed Return and Exchange Policy. Customers can return or exchange unwanted products provided they are undamaged, unused, with original labels and stickers still attached, and in the original packaging which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact. All parcels must be returned within 30 days of delivery. One free exchange per order is allowed. A R79 courier fee will be deducted if the final order is below R750 and R79 if an item is returned without taking a replacement item.
For Cricket Bat - Breakage Policy, it is regrettable that from time to time a cricket bat will break. Any bats purchased at Sportsa.co.za which are returned due to a breakage will be taken back to the supplier for a full inspection and depending on the outcome, the necessary steps will be taken. No exchange or repair for bats that are 8 months or older from the date of purchase.
In terms of Defective Products, a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product; damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product; damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you. No returns for items more than 3 months old from the day you receive it.
As for the Shipping Policy, customers cover the shipping costs to return the products to 288 Main Road, Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa, 7646. Customers also cover any shipping costs for an exchanged product. For international orders, DHL Express is used and the shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your area.
